Refund policy
Returns
New, unused inflatable batting cages that are not custom made may be returned for a refund within 30 days of arrival. All returns are subject to a 10% to 20% restocking fee. Buyer must pay shipping fees for the return. You must contact us prior to returning the inflatable so we can create the proper shipping label for which warehouse it needs to be returned to.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made inflatable batting cages or any other custom inflatables purchased through us. You are able to approve the design mock-ups before your custom inflatable is produced. We also provide you with pictures and a video of the finished inflatable for approval before it is shipped. All sales on custom inflatables are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because we are not able to re-sell custom inflatables.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must report damage or other issues within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
